ABOUT KYANA

Kyana Manning lives in Park Slope near Barclays Center. She attends the Urban Assembly of Math and Science for Young Women. Her favorite type of writing is poetry. This is her first year as a mentee with Girls Write Now. Her goals are to expand her vocabulary and to better her writing. 

 

ABOUT BRIDGET

Bridget Moore is an editor and content strategist at Time Inc.'s The Foundry. She works with clients on a variety of topics, and creates content for both print and the web in a variety of formats, including video and audio. When not navigating the wild world of custom publishing, Bridget can be found running around Prospect Park, cooking at home, or going to hear live music at clubs around the city. Bridget is thrilled to work with young female writers in New York and to help them find their voice and share it with the world.
